it's that time of the year again - a week before finals! stressloads increased, sleeping pattern screwed, social life equals to zero - facebook... whaaaaat? heh *shrug*
don't worry mama and abah, your skinny daughter is still eating like mad. more than you can imagine! 6 slices of bread for lunch - i'm as hungry as a cow! moooooo~
when people complained about how cooking is taking too much of their (revision) time and start filling up the fridge with loads of frozen food, i just can't agree with that. because i think this is the most crucial time to feed yourself with healthy food. don't you feel like what you've eaten affects how you think, how you feel, how you remember stuff and potentially might even increases our intelligence? well, i do :))
i found few tips on food for the brain. not sure wether it works or not...but no harm of trying, right? so, my tasks for this coming 2 weeks are to eat more mackerel/salmon to helps me think faster, munch on blueberries as it's good for long-term memory, sip in peppermint tea/ green tea to help me concentrate better, spinach helps to boost my mood to do more work, high-protein salad to keeps me energize and last but not least, yogurt to calm me down, improve my alerness and memory. i had to leave nuts and chocolate out - perang jerawat ohkay! rofl.
(...feel free to add other tested+proven food for the brain! i'd die to do anything to retain all the infos throughout dental school for next week's exams!)
if it's possible to eat your way to genius, who wouldn't want that kan? mahu mahu mahu!!!! *raised both hands up in the air*
and no, reneh-ing your notes wouldn't do any good! you will only end up being note-less and nothing to revise on. bad bad bad for your exams result!
