i wasn't sure what went into my mind when i clicked the "purchase now" button on the easyjet website, with the flight to edinburgh on the screen. logically it should be much colder than london. and normally people tend to escape the winter by going to a warmer place as spending full 3 months in the gloomy, freezing weather can be a little bit too depressing.
but not for us! we *cough*love*cough* snow!!!!! jakun la katekan :P
so we wrapped ourselves from head to toe and boarded the plane on christmas eve. the view of the snow from the plane was gorgeous *jaw dropped* masyallah.
the whole city was covered by snow - a white winter with the loved one; doesn't it sound romantic to you? of course, it was that cold! -10 whaaaaaaat? but remember, it was cantik ohkay...
thus we didnt do much apart from jalan-jalan cari makan after freezing ourselves looking around the city, staying up late watching television and woke up late to find out that the tv was the one ended up watching us sleeping instead. then the cycle repeats all over again. and again. and again. <-- a true definition of holiday, no? i'm sick and tired of going jalan-jalan where you got this long list of places need to be ticked off.
who said it was a bad idea to picked a superduper cold holiday place during winter? *cheeky grin*
