overwhelmed

october is finally here! it's a month full of plans :))

good plans like ...darlingS and hulk's birthday ...one-week date with missy bestie ...missyH's 24th birthday celebration ...datinI's graduation ...and the long-awaited event: dental outreach in Southend.

i've been hearing A LOT about it; from missyM to missyF and finally those two girlies, missyA and missyH whom never stopped talking about it the moment they stepped back to floyer during weekend. it's interesting but after a while, it's buhsan! *yawn* i'm sick of listening to it, that i've reached the point to play stupid, blocked the ears and pay no attention to whatsoever they were talking about. evil, i know *laughs*

maybe i'm just upset. the fact that i'm going to southend, the coolest dental outreach just 6 weeks prior to bds part 4 exams scares the hell out of me! se-te-ress lah! getting all the "poor thing. you are going to the right place in the wrong time" look is not helpful at all.

#1 will i survive? being out of my comfort zone (i.e. my room) and getting familiar with new "home" to make it condusive for revisions IS a big mission. it's impossible to bring my personal "library" there, no?

#2 will i be too tired after a whole-day-long clinics, yet still have the strength to burn the midnight-oil and revise? it's not fair that everyone else in whitechapel will be having 2 and half day clinical sessions ONLY and the rest - revise la wei!

#3 will i be able to tolerate and live with with the new housemates that i've yet to discover their true-colour; belang hidung that can be seen especially during stressful, tricky situations?

#4 will i actually gain much from southend and get at least some of my requirements done there? i'll go beserk if i end up doing scaling and H&E only throughout my stay there. what a waste of time!

*sigh*
maybe i worry too much kot.
overcritical - typical virgo characteristic trait! rofl.

*deeeeeeep breathe in*

lets just go there and face each day as it comes, shall we? Allah knows what is best for me and there must be a reason why group 5.1 being scheduled for outreach just before exams. i'm tempted to ask missyH/missyA of my future-bay's future (hahaha is there such thing kah?) but then...naaaaaaah! even if they've seen it, itsokay :))

we know that plans have been made. but will the plans be executed as what have been planned? we shall wait and see. only time will reveal all that...

The experience you gain from there is invaluable regardless of how many requirements you get to do coz they are just bonus.
btw, how was your first day in Southend?
