ooohhhh someone commented that probably it's about time for me to upgrade my "lapuk" camera. hihihi. eventhough my soon-turning-4-year-old olympus FE5500 is only 5.0 megapixel and sometimes i find it really hard to get focussed, sharp picchas without bright sunlight (especially in romantic-ambiance places), honestly it has been such a darling to me. it's the "other eye" throughout my days being abroad+away from home, family and friends.
i've thought of getting myself a dslr BUT-
(a)olympus ku akan bermadu! then i have to pick side; which one to use and when? (b)mr.bofwen is the proud owner of nikon D60 (i think?) and i am the fairy-godmother; i.e. i get to use it whenever we go out on a date.
ummmm me....and a new camera? should kah? :))
anywaaaaaaaay, today is The Pancake Day. how did we celebrate it? by eating more More MORE pancakes, you silly. i've made some pancakes and the rest of them brought the topping; nutella, honey, ice cream, mango, lemon, and strawberry jam. American pancake seems to be my favourite; so fluffy and very light in texture. where as British pancake is a bit thin and crispy at the edges. more like crepes kinda thing. sbbnye American pancake contains raising agents; and in the recipe i used got both baking powder and soda bicarbonate.
1 cup of buttermilk
1 egg
2 tbsp of milk
1 cup of plain flour
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tbsp of soda bicarbonate
1/2 tsp of salt
whisk together the first 3 ingredients. then add the rest - mix well. heat a non-stick pan, put some butter on the pan till it melted. pour the batter; be as creative as you can! i've made the mickey mouse shape last time with bestie ;)) once you see bubbles rising from the uncooked side of the pancake, flip it. cook until it is evenly light brown. ready to be served with your favourite topping~yummmy!

yes.yes.yes! u guys dont have to wait for a sleepover to come and visit me lah. even weekends kalo korang xde apa2 u guys can just terjah my place. coffee, tea, jez chitchat, u guys cakap je. kalo nak mkn gempak2 sket hola me beforehand so i bley prepare apa2. i ade ICA 13/3 ni so after that date nak buat sleepover i ok jer. =)
oh btw mickey mouse waffle maker tu i x bukak2 lagi. still setia dlm kotak tu. hahaha~
I am thinking on getting myself a SLR too.. But tiada duwettttt... so sad. :(((((((( Need to hold it on for a moment. If tidak hancus punah ranah la simpanan.. :P
