the power of silence

when your tutor asked you questions and you failed to answer it back, it makes you look stoopid.

but when your angry, irritated patient complaint and bitched about the inefficiency system of the dental school...that's when it's best for you to keep quiet. just listen. and try to give the empathy look. smile. probably he/she is just in a deep shit, messy life (+sakit gigi lagi) thus "ter"let it go on you. probably he/she is just the kind of patient that always find fault in others. ((pendek cerita, semua nye always tak kene lah!)) probably he/she is just simply an emotional, over-expressive, 24/7 pms-ing patient.

ohhh dr. L was way TOO COOL to bertengkar lidah with the patient.

i guess, what's the point of gaduh-ing with someone yang tengah "panas" when you know it's not going anywhere near the word "peace". it's like trying to put out the fire involving electrical appliances with water. wouldn't it get any worse?

"be kind - for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle."
