ok i changed my mind already!
i find myself frequently eating food, although i'm not hungry or i'm already full up, and being left behind with the feeling of guilt and disgust at having eaten so much. does binge eating disorder trigger any bell in your head?
most of the time, i kept telling myself, " no lah, it's just that you've got less than 4 months but you have sooooo many restaurants/cafe you wanna check out."
sort of like a crash-course jalan-jalan cari makan@londres lah.
but too much of something is fun no more :((
that's why sunnah Nabi, always practice moderation in whatever you do and not in excess.
