i try to avoid using the lift in our dental institute since god-knows-when.
so when dr.D bumped into me twice, both hands loaded with too much stuff that you can barely see my face anymore, he made a remark about it.
"you are under-using the lift. but i'm pretty sure you gonna live longer because of that." he laughed as he walked past me.

truth is, i don't domuch any exercise here.
i do yoga *cough*once in a blue moon*cough*, if that counts la! *cheeky grin* before, i used to join the woman's monday classes but then i find it challenging to get myself out of the room in the evening during winter. it gets dark too soon and so sejuk ohkay! then i started jogging with my exercise buddies, missH and missF but as you can see, it didn't last.
the thing about doing exercises is that you need a lot of motivation to start and keep on doing it. you need to know whyyyyy you need to exercise- nak kurus? keep fit? increase stamina? maintain hot, smoking body?
but when people make comments like, "aaahhh you are already so thin, why do you need to exercise?" or "what do you want to be? a skeleton?"....it made me even malas-er!
i know i know....i'm just pointing finger, and putting the blame on others when me, myself sendiri yang tak bersungguh-sungguh. so i thought hey, why don't we start today then? it's never too late, you know.
furthermore, liverpool street is not that far from whitechapel.
i walked and walked and walked. passed by the bus stop but i didn't even stop to check whether is there any bus coming or not. i walked passed it and crossed the road. then it was a right-turn for me.
as soon as i turned, i could see the glimpse of bus 135 from the corner of my right-eye. i was at least about 100 steps away from it- should i patah balik or should i just continue walking?
oh well, i think you can already see it coming, don't you?
...i ran back to the bus stop and hopped onto the bus. made full use of my one-day capped oyster card. reached floyer just in time, and managed to rushed back to the lab to cast up my alginate impression. sumore saved my energy as i was fasting today.
BUT i failed on my exercise attempt! yet again. uh-huh.
oh when oh when will i ever start exercising?

but u r fasting and u get more work done! and i was thinking of jogging but sejukssss.. i did try once couple of weeks ago.. brrrr nose running more than leg running.. haha
