so when missyH tried to persuade someone to cook laksa sarawak (since she had the paste already sitting quietly in the cupboard, waiting to be used), of course i escaped easily! i am holding the "immunity card" - bukan orang sarawak ohkay!
and since senior can (boleh kah?) buli junior, missySS took over and became the head chef for the night :)) thanks a lot! ngeeehehe.
this is my third time, i think, eating laksa sarawak. It is different compared with laksa johor or penang that use fish to make the soup. apart from the pes, chicken stock (broth of boiled chicken) and blended prawns' shells (and according to our chef, if got the head lagi sedap!) were added. Then it is being topped with shredded chicken, prawns, taugeh, sliced omelette, fishballs, fresh corriander, lime and the sambal belacan.
terbaek punya wa cakap sama lu!!!
**quite disappointed that the picture doesn't do justice to the sedap-ness...was too hungry, eager to eat. can't be bothered to take more yummilicious shot. masuk perut terus lah!**
at the moment, i'm too full that i find it really hard to sleep. maybe this is how a pregnant lady feels every night, trying to sleep with the baby bump...
....that's how booocheeet i am right now! pffffttttttt.
