my 2 year old sony ericson has been acting up lately. it kept showing the "please insert sim card" sign although the sim card was already in there. phone calls being cut short- it is quite challenging to have a decent conversation when the phone keeps hanging up on its own!

and mind you, it has been giler ever since summer 2008! at that moment, it rejected only my hotlink sim card- which was being used only throughout the short+sweet summer holiday. but now, when my o2 sim card can't work anymore, how am i suppose to be connected with others?i cannot tahan lah!!!!! i need a new phone. pronto.
but wait, what phone to get ar? should i get something basic just like my old S500i and get ready kene kutuk dgn bestie "phone-kodi-takley-accept/send-mms"? or should i join the bandwagon of smartphone - i.e. blackberry or
"what's the point of getting the expensive, most high-tech mobile phone when i'll only use it to make phone calls and sms?" i asked myself.
unlike some people, i am never a gadget-person. i never own an ipod because i don't think i'll ever need it since i always fall asleep as soon as i laid my bum on the car seat. although i am attached to my laptop and camera ever since i got to london. life would be miserable without them! but would you spend hundreds pound just for a phone- that has higher potential of being broken especially on someone like me! [few weeks ago, i fell asleep with the phone in my hand and when the alarm rang, i was so shocked that i campak-ed it away. lol. poor phone!] and phone can easily get stolen sumore!
after a looooooong internal conflict, i picked this beauty.

my phone pun selalu tau keluar the insert sim tu bongok betul sakit hati. selalu je teroff tibe2 tp not when im using it la (i tak selalu bergayut pun) ishh.

eh eh manade slalooo bergayut. bergayut dgn fatiha yang duduk 2 rooms away je sbb malas nak gerak bontot and walk to her room. lol. no lahhh, phone i always hang tau! i gune ke, tak guna ke...die duduk diam2 atas katil pun bole tiba2 "please insert sim"! geram tau iiiii. grrrrrrrr.
