mr.bofwen turned 24 today :))

lucky him; i baked chocolate and mascarpone cakes modified from this recipe especially for the birthday boy. but silly me, i used a short baking tray...and you should see the horror on my face when i opened the oven to see the cake burst and some pieces dropped on the floor of the oven! *aaaahhhhhhhhh knocked my head* so this is the modification from the damage. ok tak? ;))

chop bom bom! did i just say i baked cake for mr. bofwen who is thousand kilometres away from me, you asked?

sound silly and illogical and such a waste of time huh? some of them laughed when i said that. some just couldn't understand why. but yeah.... *shrug* why not, kan? i homebaked birthday cake for my loved ones. and i thought, if i could find the time to bake for all these people that i care, why can't i do it for him? true enough he is not here to eat it BUT it's the thought that counts ok! then i share the calories love to those lucky people here. so suwiiiiit tak i? rofl. plus, it's just ANOTHER EXCUSE for me to bake! *laughs*


...the truth is, i don't want to feel that we are far apart. i'm trying really hard to fill up the gap created due to the never-ending long distance relationship. i've realised that we are both tired of it. sick of it. can't wait to get out of it. insyallah baby, one more year to go *prays hard* as for now, lets just make do with what we have ok!
