mama never fails to amazed me with her so-called motivation in getting me to work harder to graduate and to put on some weight. her favourite, all time excuse would be "wedding". *cheeky grin* i loikeee, mama! u read my mind so well.*laughs*
oh well oh well, regarding the weight matter, i've decided to join the count-calories-wagon! woohooo :)) it's like really cool, i tell y'all! like i got a fixed amout of calories to "spend". and surprise surprise, no wonder i don't gain weight easily because i normally under-spent my calories! especially in weekdays. nak fatten up myself BUT i am cerewet- say NO to oily food, junk food, chocolate&nuts, bicarbonated drinks and ONLY once a week santan consumption (max. 2 ohkay and no more!) plus 5 portion a day is A MUST!
...that's when the iron chef skills come in handy ;)) *thanks mama for your recipes* preparing your own meal is healthier coz you know the ingredients being campak-ed into it.*giggle*
anywayy i had my most-needed kitchen-fix. *all smiles* saturday was spent baking banana bread with chocolate chip. and prepared a heavy,decent lunch for me and missyF - grilled chilly mackerel, boiled asparagus (mahal giler ok! GBP3.00 for 8 stalks!?) and garlic bread. ...nyummeeeh!!!!
sunday evening, went out to get some free vitamin D and jogged 5 rounds! berdegup kencang jantungku, kembang kempis my lungs yang dah lama tak workout. *giggle* woahmygawd, rase sangat sihat!!!! ha ha ha.
...until i had 2 plates of nasi lemak with sambal sotong and ayam KFC for dinner!
and did i tell you it's the second dose of KFC fried chicken for the week?
and i recalled some desserts after dinner few days ago maybe?
hmmmm......maybe in some days, it is not that impossible to finish up my "quota" afterall. *blushed*

few brances of kfc are on halal trials. one of them are in my area; bethnal green. yeay! so we have halal nandos, halal kfc. now waiting for halal mcD and burger king dkt this area pulak la ;))
ha ha ha. then my skin mengamuk la nnti! pffffttttt.
