as you think so shall you be

there has been some kind of obsession spreading around my girls. i called it weighting-scale-chaos disease. it's funny how everyone gathered around the kononnye-really-accurate machine and all of the sudden you get all this "lup dub lup dub" thing.

it's like you're in a court battle. there you are; the defendent, standing infront of the judge and jury in a trial procedure of the crime you've committed - EATING! your current weight being the plaintiff; claiming that you've neglected your body by eating excessively. demanding for a very high-price compensation, something that needs high determination to achieve it - DIET! it'f funny how people can come up with loads of excuses in the attempt of proving themselves innocent... baru minum air lah, belum b3r@k la, wearing jeans la... paling tak tahan and sgt classic from F, "got coins in my pocket. no wonder..." lol.

at first i find it funny la, looking at them being so worked out because of their weight when in reality - diorang kurus ok! nowww i yang depressed when org lain yang berdiet. listening to your calories-counting conversation makes me feel guilty for eating also. plus eating alone is just so depressing and sad and pathetic. sharing is caring ok. jgn lah amalkan diet yang terlampau okay rakan-rakan?

i think la kan, beauty is how you feel inside.then it reflects in your eyes.it has got nothing to do with your look, your hips, your height, your clothes, your make-up; nothing physical. you neither need to be as fab as jessica alba or as thin as barbie shu to look good. you are beautiful just by being you ;))

dat's inner beauty you are talking about but you cant deny the importance of outer beauty. To radiate inner beauty, you need to be confident in yourself first and things like clothing and make-up can help elevate self-esteem. Will you feel secure about wearing clothes dat show your figure weaknesses? That's why i think inner and outer beauty are inter-related.

chill la ash..orang lain nak diet,up to them lor. u pun tgh diet gak,cume ke arah yang bertentangan dengan diet diorang.in the end,as long as semua happy with wat they are doing,settle. if u makan banyak2 whereas others makan sikit,n ade orang tegur,cakap je,'i'm dieting too!cume diet nak tambah weight'. personally, baik makan sementara ada selera/sihat. nanti tua2 tak leh dah nak melantak banyak2.so makaan jeeeee..

p/s: if u nak rakan seperjuangan dalam makan banyak2 nih,saya sedia membantu ;)

i agree with ahui, confidence is the issue here, lots of ppl yg gemuk2 also pakai seksi2 n eat eat coz they r confident in themselves. jangan stress, ash, i stil makan wad, can still have our dinnerdates or eatout dates as usual, and of coz, exercisedates.. =p

besides, u worry pasal skin.. so imagine if we tambah 1kg is like u tambah 1pimple besar, sure tension then start reducing oily food etc.. different ppl have different things to worry about.

ha ha ha takde la stress sgt. exaggerated expression je. sbb im tired of listening to the calories content of every food that we ate during every single meal. pfffffftttttt :P can we stop counting out loud the calories you guys are consuming pwease pretty pweaseeeeeee? :))

::ahui:: sometimes the confidence comes within you without any extra material help. but not everyone can do that lah. sometimes we feel like something is lacking. must have this to be THAT good. i guess once we are ready to accept ourselves as who the way it is, then maybe the confidence will muncul. and we'll appreciate wut we have, and make full use of it.

::zul:: wei daymmnnn annoying wei setiap kali nak suap makanan dlm mulut, diorang ckp ni berapa calories, ni brape, tu brape. and i see them everyday!!!!!! ha ha ha. daymnn pasrah. first time in my whole life my close friends nak diet. bukan diskriminasi i kawan dgn org2 kurus je... tp ntah. selama ni no one oso nak diet mcm ni. maybe they diet diam2 kot. sampaikan i pon tak perasan :P makan dgn u? batang hidung pun tak nampak. sombong tul *bluek*

::helen:: you have to correct your statement la amoi. truth is, i hardly eat anything bergoreng. and if i do, it'll hancur first kene penyet dgn kitchen towel...sbb i drained the oil. ha ha ha! no lah, i think yalah when i was younger i was concerned about the pimples. but after i've reached certain age, i couldnt be bothered dah kot. but stress giler when "die" dtg whenever ade special event. but like you said, make-up kan ade. lol. pluuussss, dermatologist i kate i won't have wrinkles as quick as those people without pimples!!!! so when we're 40, my skin will be at the age of 30 maybe? or 25 kot :P rofl

no lahhhh, they're still eating. far from being an anorexic pt kot. insyallah. but, if this thing continues and they get even MORE obsessed with their weight and start taking less than what they should...mmg ade possibilities lah! like the friend i think i've mentioned in here long time ago, now dlm eating disorder clinic kot. terpaksa put dental school on-hold. scary kan?

true true.. the beauty of the inside yang really count actually but apa-apa pun as cleo says, be real la jugak. the outer and physical part pun should be taken into consideration jugak.. :)))))) Hahahaha.. Anak dara patutnya lebih hot from those yang dah jadi bini and mommy orang okayyyyy.. :P But now, it goes terbalik.

I've been pigging gila pig la lately. Perut makin bunccettttt... You makan banyak takpe ashie. you slimmmmmm. jeles! :)))

omigodd, u so have a point!!!! anak dara kene lebih ramping than mak orang :P but then, i lagi gemuk dr my mum when she was still unmarried ok. i can't fit into her kebaya nikah. pfffffftttt. so i tk slim sgt ok :P

i guess in the end of the day, it all depends on how you see things kot.
...your limit of fatness, as what is fat to you might be so-so oklah to someone else.
...your determination on maintaining the ideal weight.
...your priority : health purpose? appearance? budget?

ideal weight is soooo subjective ok!!!! asalkan org maintain sihat, any weight oso can lah...hehehe. and hey, makan makes u happy kan? so oklah! if dkt msia, confirm i dh melantak jugeeee! weeeeeheeeee
