Changes in the surrounding environment, especially related to the circle of people involved in it has surely made me fell even deeper for dentistry :)) After a week being attached to the emergency unit, i FINALLY felt like a Jr-Dentist! .... i had loads of fun! Seen more patients that i've ever seen before. Done more treatments; some i never actually come across before. Learned more about extraction than what i've seen in the Oral Surgery. I got tonnes of help from the kind, cheerful, cool nurses. And in the end, to see the satisfaction and more relaxed patients who were initially in pain when they first came in....aaaaahhhhh! I felt useful. hehehe. The only downside is the long working hour (8.30am-6.00pm) not including the time you need to prepare the bay and yourself :P And sometimes you just have to live with the less-than-30-mins-lunch-break.
But it was all good stuff. Tiring, yet fun and exciting! :))
