i've sort of been slacking off this week. felt sooo malas to do anything. aiyayayaya~~and life has been pretty boh-riing and mundane. on top of that, easter holiday is just bloody too short. 4 days = fri+sat+sun+mon. i'm a dental slave who beg ppl to come for free treatment from me and don't get any penny for all my efforts and time. no gaji. no cuti. pffffttt.
to motivate myself, i've curi-ed some of my time (when im supposed to be in the lab practicing for the denture exam this coming wednesday) and do some domestic task. baking :))

Red Bean Stollen
personally, i think the basic dough recipe is a keeper. it's pretty tiring to knead the dough until it forms smooth and soft dough. sakit tgn den! but it was worth the effort. the dough kembang naik baek punya. texture was soft straight hot from the oven and remained soft till the next day :))
...not bad for a first timer. probably next time we shall try cinnamon roll, shall we?
btw, it's twelve o three today.
