Bath-Bristol "The Very-Last-Minute-Decision Escapade"

Having only 4 days of easter holiday *sigh* it's just too impossible to go somewhere far. flight ticket is just way too expensive and city apekah yang worth to be seen only over the weekend? dengan randomnya, we bought bus ticket to bath one day before the trip itself. and i bought the return ticket on the day we left for bath. hahahaha. memang giler last minute ar :P luckily somebody offered her place to stay over for a night. thanks A!!! :))

The sun shined pretty bright when we arrived. The cold wind can be felt on the fingertips and cheeks. Nevertheless, i was pretty excited to be in bath. To runaway from the buzz and hectic life of london. And it's a self-declared non-dental-related weekend. So all i can think of that time was food, food and more food. **wootwoot**

Bath is a traditional town with antique architecture and there are loads of small2 shops/cafes yang teramatlah comel!

I picked up a brochure promoting the restaurants in bath. So off we went to try out Sally Lunn; the oldest house in bath which serves the nicest bun in the whole town. There was a long queue just to get the table *haih, famous giler kedai ni!* Luckily we didn't have to wait that long, managed to skipped few ppl. so datanglah berempat ok ;) Sally Lunn is a lovely french restaurant, with sweet and calming interior design. The waitresses were all dressed up in the black dress with white apron and white hat. sangat classic!

The bun is super soft :)) i had cinnamon and butter but that was just so-so. the pure chocolate spread was sinfully rich and yummy! still, i think it's a bit overpriced for just a bun. hehehe.

We took the train to Bristol on Saturday morning. Oh boy, it was hell freezing that time!!! grrr, sejuk yg mencucuk2. adeeihhh~ i forgot my gloves! Nothing much to talk about Bristol, i guess. And we were there for just 3 hours? hahaha. Went to the Suspension Bridge and took lotsa snaps there ;)

somebody mengidam-ed wagamama and since i've never tried it before, why not lah try it now kan? **ohnooo, i've been eating out alot alot alot la recently. ka-ching!** the moment we stepped into the restaurant, oooh-la-la wanginya bau makanan! everything smells so good...i can hear my tummy growling. kehkehkeh. my spicy noodle for vegetarian turned out to be something along the line of sweet and sour kot. but still, yummilicious! positive ambiance, positive food. *two thumbs up for wagamama*

...and now im back in london! what to do tonight ey? movie marathon maybe? any movie suggestion? :))
